Information used
The service may process your Discord user ID, Discord username and verified email, Stripe customer and subscription references, membership and cancellation status, referral attribution and reward status, support communications, IP address, browser and device information, and security and API audit records. Card, bank, identity-verification, and payout details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by the Hub.
Why it is used
Information is used to provide and secure member access, manage subscriptions and cancellations, synchronize Stripe status with Discord roles, prevent duplicate or self-referrals, verify reward eligibility, send eligible payouts, answer support requests, investigate errors or abuse, reconcile billing, and maintain operational and financial records.
Service providers, advertising, and sharing
Stripe processes checkout, subscriptions, invoices, billing-portal activity, and referral payout onboarding. Discord supplies member identity and community access. Supabase stores membership and audit records. Cloudflare hosts the website and membership service. Public marketing and checkout pages use the Meta Pixel, which may send Meta browser and device information, page visits, and checkout-intent events for advertising measurement, attribution, audience building, and campaign optimization. The Hub does not send card or bank information through the Pixel and does not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed to provide the service and support, reconcile payments and referrals, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, secure the platform, and satisfy tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type. Access is restricted, secrets are kept outside public website code, and payment credentials remain with Stripe; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can manage billing and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information controlled by the Hub by emailing support@kobesbettinghub.com. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or legal compliance. The Hub will verify account ownership before disclosing or changing account information.
California privacy and advertising choices
California residents may use the same support address to ask which categories of personal information the Hub has collected, request correction or deletion where applicable, ask questions about privacy practices, or request that eligible browser-based advertising disclosures stop. You can also use browser privacy controls and Meta’s advertising settings. The Hub does not sell personal information for money.
Age restriction
The service is intended only for people age 21 or older and is not directed to children.
