Cancel or manage membership
Use Manage membership, sign in with the Discord account linked to the membership, and continue to Stripe’s secure customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through Stripe’s displayed paid-through date.
Membership charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, card-network rules, or a written Hub exception. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the introductory payment, current month, or a partially used period.
Do not post your checkout email, card information, receipt number, or any other billing details publicly in the channel.
Discord access or billing question
Open #support or email support@kobesbettinghub.com and describe the issue without sensitive information. The team can then move the conversation to a private, verified support path if account details are needed.
