Eligibility
You must be 21 or older and legally permitted to access sports-betting information where you are located. You are responsible for following the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
Informational service only
The Hub provides opinions, records, tools, and community access. It is not a sportsbook, financial adviser, or guarantee of any result or profit.
Your decisions and risk
You make every wagering decision independently and may lose your entire stake. Past performance does not predict future results. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose.
Membership and billing
Checkout states the price, introductory period, billing frequency, and renewal terms before purchase. For eligible checkouts made September 22 through October 22, 2026 (Arizona time), the first-month-back monthly offer costs $19.99 for the first full month, then automatically renews at $32.99 per month until canceled. It has no free trial and does not change existing subscriptions. Other monthly options may start with $10 for 7 days or 2 days free, then renew at $32.99 per month until canceled. Creator tracking links may use the first-month-back offer while it is active; member referral trials remain separate. Six-month access costs $134.99 at checkout and every 6 months until canceled. Annual access costs $194.99 at checkout and every year until canceled. Six-month and annual plans do not include an introductory trial. Savings compare with $32.99 monthly payments, excluding introductory offers. All plans include the same member access. Stripe processes payments and remains the subscription authority. Discord identifies the member account used for community access; Discord is not a payment method.
Cancellation
Members can cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and access continues through the already-paid period unless applicable law or an approved written exception requires otherwise. Deleting or leaving a Discord account does not by itself cancel billing.
Cancellation retention offer
A member attempting to cancel may be offered 75% off the next monthly membership invoice one time. If accepted, that invoice is approximately $8.25 instead of $32.99, after which the membership automatically returns to $32.99 per month until canceled. The member may decline the offer and continue cancellation without obstruction. The discount is not cash, cannot be combined, and does not apply retroactively.
Refunds and payment disputes
All membership charges are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law, card-network rules, or a written exception approved by the Hub. Cancellation does not retroactively refund a starter payment, the current month, or a partially used period. A failed, refunded, reversed, or disputed payment may suspend Discord access while the billing state is reviewed; eligible access is restored when Stripe confirms payment and no entitlement block remains.
Referral rewards
The referral program is available to eligible US members. A qualifying referral must use the member's personal link, be a new member, choose the two-day referral trial, and complete the first successful $32.99 payment. The $10 starter option is not available through a referral link. A $10 cash reward enters a seven-day review after that payment and requires Stripe payout verification. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, refunded or disputed charges, fraud, abuse, and payment errors do not qualify. Rewards may be paused for review or tax documentation.
Public beta and availability
The service is being offered as a public beta and may be changed, interrupted, corrected, or improved while operating. Public-beta status does not change the price or renewal terms shown at checkout. Material billing changes will be disclosed before they apply.
Community conduct
Members may not harass others, impersonate staff, redistribute private content, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, manipulate referrals, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations.
Intellectual property
Branding and member materials belong to the Hub or are used with permission. Membership is personal, limited, and non-transferable.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every market, message, statistic, or integration will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kobe Irwin and the Hub are not liable for wagering losses or indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and changes
California law governs these terms, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Updated terms will show a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the website, Discord, or the contact information associated with membership.
